Amanda Rees is the CEO and Co-Founder of Bold, a health startup focused on making it easier to age well. Bold provides online exercise programs that leverage research and data science to help older adults improve their balance, prevent falls, manage chronic conditions, and stay active as they age boldly. Before starting Bold, Amanda worked at The Schmidt Family Foundation, working on renewable energy and environmental justice initiatives. She has a degree in chemical and biological engineering from Princeton, as well as a certificate in dance.

In this episode of How Do You Do? Podcast, Ben asks Amanda about how her experience taking care of her grandmother inspired her to start Bold, her success in getting a technologically-challenged cohort to embrace a new digital platform, how she raised $7 million in seed funding, and more.
